Patient Connection

Volunteers of the Patient Connection program will support the goals of the clinical team by assisting patients with *orienting and therapeutic activities. This program is designed for patients of our post-acute hospital programs including Low Intensity Rehabilitation (LIR) and Complex Care therapy program. *Orientation of a patient refers to their awareness of self, place, time, and situation.

This position is best suited for volunteers who are self-directed, with a confidence to initiate appropriate conversation.
