Unstoppable Compassion: A Plan for 2025-30  

St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph launched its new strategic plan: An ambitious approach to the next five years of caring for our communities and planning for the health care opportunities and challenges of the future. Our new mission, Unstoppable Compassion, is grounded in the foundation established by the Sisters of St. Joseph—compassionate, innovative care delivered to those who need it, unconditionally.   

This plan was shaped by the contributions of many. Physicians, staff, learners, leaders, patients, residents, clients, volunteers and community partners of St. Joe’s Guelph created this together, through dialogue, engagement sessions, openness, readiness for change and a bold vision for the future of our organizations and the people we serve with compassion and dignity.
